The Yard is OCNJ Watersports' aerial playground and family hangout a few blocks off the bay. Activities are geared toward ages 2–10, with space for grown-ups to sit, drink coffee, and watch. SkyNet is 3,000 sq ft of suspended nets and obstacles. Under The Net covers yard games on the ground. Parents and guardians are included with a paid participant (up to 2 per the live ticket page).

What kids actually do
- SkyNet: Climb, bounce, and explore the nets. Ticket age is 2+. Ages 2–10 get the most out of it. A SkyNet participant session is 2 hours at $25 as listed on theyardocnj.com/the-yard.
- Under The Net: Ground-level yard games for $15 for a 2-hour child session if someone is not going up into the nets.
- Sports simulator (add-on): Ocean City's only Full Swing golf and sports bay. From $70, ages 5+, up to 6 people, 1–3 hours. Golf plus 20+ games like soccer, baseball, lacrosse, and dodgeball. Book the simulator separately from the Yard visit.
- The Yard Cafe: La Colombe espresso and coffee, plus frozen lemonades and frozen mochas while the kids play.
